Successfully led and managed the estimation and contract negotiation to secure the bid-winning of two high-profit complex projects of $338 and $460 Million in Value, with distinctive contributions.

• Efficiently led along with the manager contractual claims negotiation with the client and consultant, successfully reaching a mutual win-win agreement and final account settlement.
• Eagerly went on four business trips with the consultant to tag trees required for the ADF project and prepared professional PowerPoint presentations depicting the whole procurement process.

• Planned, scheduled, and supervised the on-site wet, dry utility, hardscape, and landscape work by distributing work duties among a massive team of engineers, foremen, surveyors, and laborers, ensuring on-time project completion.
• Led construction meetings with consultants and client representatives, resolving construction conflicts.
• Efficiently prepared invoices, billing documents, BOQs, WIRs, and survey reports after negotiating contractual resolutions with clients and consultants.
• Supervised and directed day-to-day activities of landscape teams, setting monthly, weekly, and daily milestones ensuring meeting schedule, budget, and quality performance.
• Identified and resolved design and on-site conflicts with extensive attention to quality and cost implications.

• Wisely resolved numerous issues relating to construction drawings, material shortages, and on-site clashes.

• Diligently implemented all required civil works on site, including concrete, steel, tiling, building finishing, and utility
work (excavation, piping, maintenance holes, and valve boxes implementation).
