The center was established to be research and decision-support center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it is specialized in opinion mining and sentiment analysis of Arabic contents on social media networks.
Roles & Responsibilities Included:
- Lead the Analysis Team.
- Surveying & Data Analysis.
- Big Data Analysis.
- Data collection and research.
- Internal Reports in Arabic & English.
- Other tasks as required.
Department of Strategic Planning & Institutional Excellence:
I have worked in the Department of Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence since its' inception in March 2012, which had been established to assist in the deployment of an organization-wide transformation.
Roles & Responsibilities Included:
- Surveying \& Data Analysis.
- Data Gathering.
- Business Process Design.
- KPI Development.
- Strategy Development.
- Organization Structure Development.
- Project Coordination.
- Change Management.
- Internal Reports in Arabic \& English.
- Internal Portal (webmaster).
- Other tasks as required.
The work in the Statistics department was mainly to provide collective statistical information concerning the GCC member states and set up the frameworks and methodologies in alignment with international standards for the statistical authorities in GCC member states.
Roles & Responsibilities Included:
- Data Gathering.
- Data Analysis.
- Internal Statistical Reports.
- Statistical Database Development - based on international frameworks.
- Dissemination of Periodic Bulletins.
- Participate in Committee Meetings as Required.
- Data Cleaning.
- Other tasks as required.
