- Responsible for threading line spare parts and maintenance for all parts including CNC machines, hydraulic equipment's and conveyor system.
- Responsible for prepare tooling spare parts and preparing roll assembly including rolls, shafts and bearings by coordination with production department.
- Responsible for machine shop operations, activities and maintenance for all related machines.
- Responsible for the comprehensive management of all machines and rolls drawings in the plant, including their new creation, storage, protection, and design modifications.
- Provides support of Maintenance planner as PM through SAP systems:
• Supervising threading line and tooling and machine shop operators and activities and enter daily reports on SAP by creation orders.
• Reservation of materials and create purchase requisition on SAP and follow up with purchasing department.
• Planning for daily maintenance activities, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, shutdown plans and control the breakdowns.
• Closing the Maintenance order, review it and reported to Manager.
- Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
- Good knowledge about preparing WIR, MIR, Site Survey, inspection and related documentation works.
- Working on HVAC, Firefighting, Plumping systems.
Coop training as Mechanical Engineer in Irrigation System.
Graduation Project about Design and Manufacture of a 2DOF Robot Arm for Rehabilitation Exercises.
