Streamline the ministry functions by directing redesign processes from airport to residence for Doyof Al Rahman. Deliver high-quality services by minimizing waiting time in Baggage carousel area through introduction of new processes for pre-arrival of Doyof Al Rahman to airport. Ensure smooth flow of operational procedures by optimizing efficiency.
● Assisted customers and Government officials as well as accelerated business by establishing care center in Makkah and Jeddah to provide 20+ different services with implementation of 97+ new processes.
● Increased operational success by reducing processing time to more than 50%.
● Succeeded in serving 500K pilgrims and transferring 600K+ pieces of luggage for 2K flights.
● Contributed to maximize 90% pre- arrival preparation and minimize time from 4hr to 47min at busses area by developing pre- arrival preparation center.
● Improved overall efficiency by 22% and reduced transportation time by 25%.
