Controlling the quality of work for construction project including 4000 villas with roads and infrastructure services
Project Manager. Responsible for constructing roads and parkings project for Al_Ain Municipality under stage 6.This project includes all types of road works. Communicate with The Consultant, Municipality, and Concerned authorities to facilitate the work execution. Responsible for managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Highway Project Manager. Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards to members of a work group in order to accomplish tasks .leading the designing team, activities supervise and coordinate the inputs of designing roads in Al Ain City, coordinate with the Al Ain Municipality and all concerning authorities, and recruited supervised and implementation staff .
Town center project is to demolish an existing bridge and convert existing roundabouts to signalized intersections; prepare the required documents, verifying and control bill of quantities and invoices prior to the submission to the client, and full coordination with the client representatives., and reporting to the General Director
Al Ain -Nahil road project is to construct two dual carriage way road including 9 under passes, Responsible for encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members. Also my duties were to follow closely all the design issues and to facility any bending matter with the concerning authorities.
Construction Manager, for civil work in Al Rewise Refinery. Successfully managed and leading team to implement civil work for control rooms, culverts, pipe supports, substations, sump tanks in Al Rewise Refinery. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements . Responsible for managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Verifying and control all reports from filed engineers before submit the main report to the project director.
• Project Manager in contracting company to construct and implement different projects in Al Ain city .Responsible to liaise with Al Ain Municipality, Town Planning and any concerned authority to solve any obstacles to facility the work. Responsible for combining, evaluating, and reasoning with information and data to make decisions and solve problems, that involve making decisions about the relative importance of information and choosing the best solution. Leading team to construct the following projects:
1. Road project (Priority roads and parking in Al-Ain, stage3) Belonging to Al-Ain Municipality. This project includes all type of roads work. Asphalt, tile, ducts, culvert. Kart racing truck, motocross truck, responsible leading the work team, planning the work, coordinate with project consultant and client.
2. Development of Al_Ain Wadi project. This project includes earth work, retaining walls, stone cladding, walkways, and gabions.
3. Roads and Parking in Qurayyeh Project. This project include storm water network, earth work, services, street lighting. Asphalt, retaining wall tiles. And rehabilitation of existing roads, responsible to direct the team and coordinate with consultant and Al-Ain Municipality.
4. Priority Roads and parking Project in Al_Ain .This project belongs to Al Ain Municipality includes all type of road works, landscaping and storm water.
5. Sheik's Palaces projects stage 11, 12, in Al_Ain. These projects include storm water, trust boring, retaining walls, tiles, asphalts services, street lighting.
6. Al Sarooj Project for Al Ain Municipality. This Project includes all types of roads work, storm water, street lighting, asphalts, tiles, services, and Reinforced Concrete Bridge.
Senior Designing Engineer:
Responsible to design the roads vertical and horizontal alignments, construction layers, check the bill of quantities, prior to submit to client representative.
- Designing 25 km of dual carriageway roads in Gaza Palestine.
- Designing civil works for ADNOC Fod Filling stations in different places in UAE
- Designing of 8 km internal roads in Sharjah city.
- Designing of 15 km roads in Industrial Area XI in Sharjah
Supervising on site quality tests, setting out process and hold records. Monitor performance of work to method statements and best practice.
- Civil Engineer on the supervision of roads works and earth works for Industrial Area XI
in Sharjah
- Civil Engineer to supervise street lighting work in Dubai
- Civil engineer for road works for Al Qasimi and Al Mina roads in Sharjah
Assistant Resident Engineer responsible for:
- To review shop drawings/designs, method statement, material,
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
Involve in the following projects :
- Roads for Dubai Municipality Project R311 - Al Khaleej Road. This project is widening of existing 2 carriage ways roads from 2 lanes to 4 lanes in each direction. Responsible for the supervision of construction all aspects of roads work.
- Access road to Dubai Airport Cargo. This project belongs to Dubai Municipality, supervising the construction work and material tests.
- Project R506 roads in Hor Al Anz Residential Area, supervision the construction Work. This project belongs to Dubai Municipality.
- Leveling project in Nad a Tawash, supervising the construction work.
Designing Engineer For:
- 70 km roads for Al ain Municipality in Masoudi, Markania, Tawaia. and Sanaia
- 10 km of single carriage way to roads in Hor Al Anz in Dubai.
- 15 km roads in Nad al Sheba in Dubai.
- 60 km dual carriageway from Dubai to Hatta. The project involved reconstruction and
overlays of existing pavement.
Technical Engineer:
Responsible, for surveying and recommendation required on various waterproofing schemes, for residential and industrial buildings. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
Supervising of maintenance the roads and public buildings. Verifying and control invoices, drafting short term contracts, and evaluating viability of proposed contracts. Record information, such as personnel, production, and operational data, on specified forms and reports.
