• Successfully managing the HR Department of 35 team members.
• Successfully coordinated the HR Department of 650+ team members.
• Preparation of resource requisition document.
• Management of Internship process.
• Attendance and leave management
• Organizing Survey for development and training purpose.
• Screening of resumes and conducting in-person interviews.
• Coordination with new hires while recruitment process.
• Part of QA team for HRIS and LMIS.

• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of employees related data in HRIS from probation to confirmation, increments, appraisals and final settlement.
• Preparing a variety of different written communications, reports and documents to ensure smooth operations.
• Documentation and maintenance of office records.
• Coordination and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
Completed final year project (DHLMS) with 4 CGPA.
