optimization projects.

holding (Security Printing). Studying fixed assets at the factories from the side of OEE
Overall Equipment Effectiveness by studying each machine availability, performance
and Quality. Also working on cost optimization of several main raw material items used
among the factories. (By finding new sources of raw material, costs negotiation, and
technical alternatives). Working on spot projects linked to supply chain /procurement &
operations among factories, shipments and coordination in a very rush environment. holding (Security Printing).
Enhancing anticipation of operations at the Plants through Plants Planning department,
Aligning Sales tactics and Plants tactics being the central interlocutor for Sales regarding
lead-times at all phases (strategy, prospection, offer, work in progress, after delivery),
and Raising precisely industrialization issues to be worked at by holding company. Responsible for all
planning operation. and ERP system project launching (production) for all INKRIPT
industries.

Smart Cards production specialist responsible for the whole process in smart cards
company (division of INKRIPT industries), this division contains more than 20 machines,
(press, post press, encoding, packaging), main production of this division are memory,
GSM, and banking cards.

(Security Printing). Responsible for three production supervisors for 3 different
departments (press and post press, scratch cards, smart cards) that contains around 100
employees and more than 40 machines. My responsibilities are to maintain communication
between these departments issuing production schedule and supervising its
implementation, delivery dates, and productivity, Also responsible for all data collection,
manipulation, and reports execution.

Responsible for all packaging machines, (7 wrapping machines, and 7 overwrapping
machines) palletizing and generating labels, packing lists, and output files.

Responsible for generating all kinds of production reports (waste monitoring, performance,
online jobs, down time, daily status, etc…) for top management

Responsible for operation, productivity, and waste of a packaging machine (Atlantic Zisser).
