Mechanical & Coating inspection:
- Implementing quality control plans and procedures to provide the most efficient and effective onsite construction works.
- Identifying, Analyzing and Resolving Issues and problems related to the Quality for Construction of oil & Gas and Petrochemical field.
- Planning and Coordinating QA/QC activities, ensuring quality control of the work according to contractual requirements.
- Supervising the activity of QC Services Provider Inspectors ensuring that it performed with due diligence.
- Reviewing and approving Contractors Quality Documentation.
- QA/QC activities as preparation of Test packages, welding and piping inspection including punch-list clearing and witnessing hydro-test of various pipe line associated with the construction Refinery /Gas and petrochemical Project.
- Supervise, inspect and witness all necessary requirements of NDT such as Radio-graphic test, Dye Penetrate test, Magnetic Particle test,  Ultrasonic test, and Painting Inspection for each Project.
- PWHT and Hardness test.
- D.P. and Magnetic Particle Test.
- Profile Check for Surface Preparation.
- Dry Film Thickness (D.F.T.) Check for Coating.
- Conducting and witnessing of Pneumatic Test, Hydro test, Holyday Test etc.,
- Responsible for making all QC Documentations.
- Weld visual inspection of Storage tanks, Pipes & Structural Works.
- Dimensional inspection of Pipes.
- Inspection for Tank Roundness.
- Inspection for Tank Peaking & Banding.

Qualification & Certificate:
* Certified Coating Inspector Level II.
* Certified Dye Penetrant Testing Level I.
* Certified Magnetic Particle Testing Level I.
* Certified UTT “Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement” Level I.
* Completed CSWIP 3.1, Qualified for Testing Certification.
* Completed API 570, Qualified for Testing Certification.
* Has a good working knowledge of Microsoft office and other computer applications.

ITC Academic Training:
All Saudi Aramco ITC academic Training & Requirements were successfully completed.

* P&E Inspector at Saudi Aramco (2003-Current)
* P&E Inspector at Saudi Aramco Yanbu Refinery (1994-2003)
