• Prepare / maintain chart of accounts that provide breakdown of the financial transactions.
• Undertake timely and accurate accounting for all fixed assets, including acquisitions, dispositions, additions, adjustments, retirements, impairments, depreciation, etc.
• Review month-end TB and Balance sheet / Income statement. Prepare supporting schedules and commentary on major items and variances. Advice changes to manager if required.
• Engage with the tax consultants to handle Zakat and tax audits, prepare, and submit tax report (i.e. VAT, Zakat, etc.) and ensure proper submission to General Authority of Zakat & Tax (GAZT).
• Prepare forecasted management accounts and cash flow based on available information.
• Analysis of sales, purchases, expenditures, and comparing them to the same period of the previous month with figures and a graph.
• Manage company’s online banking platforms including assigning user access and setting up transactions authorization logic.
