Network Administration
Exchange Server administration:
Development and maintenance of appropriate documentation of the MS Exchange
Provide a point of escalation and support for desktop & user support personnel regarding email service operation and common client configuration
Shared responsibility for monitoring, managing, & maintaining Windows Servers & services in support of Exchange management environments
• Ensure that the firewall is working effectively and the safety of the network from any breakthrough on a daily basis
Active Directory management for Windows Server 2003, 2008
• Additional supporting functionality for AD and MS networks monitoring
Connect the ground telephone lines to all staff transfers.
CCTV Server backup and Administration
Regular maintenance of equipment, which include:
o Follow the work of computers, peripherals and software installation.

o Implementation of maintenance requests and preparing necessary reports.
o Carry out preventive maintenance.

• Symantec Backup Administration, taking daily, weekly monthly backups with full, periodic and deferential backups.
