I worked on the project as part of a business analysis of 3 months and I have a familiarity for most WPs related to the project, It has also been analyzing business needs by understanding the business stakeholders and their views, building a common vision of the desired business system and identifying the required actions for Agreement on the requirements of the project and its implementation.
Service desk in SAP solution Manager 7.1 for customer services.
-Follows all relevant IT Operations procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner..
-Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the IT Operations to ensure continuity of work.
-Receives and responds to calls from users in a courteous and helpful manner to ensure understanding and support availability.
-Listens to the caller’s problem, clarify and understand the same in order to provide the correct solution.
-Provides guidance and solution for routine problems or queries on the spot to ensure problem resolution.
-Passes on complex problems to the relevant person and ensure the caller is apprised of this action.
-Analyzes and interprets client questions to determine the problem and solve it.
Worked in (Advanced Electronics Company) as(Application Tester) with testing team under the project (National Labor Gate) NLG According to business requirements of the following :
Develop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for product, integration, and performance tests
Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures
Execute test scripts
Record problems and issues in accordance to defect management process
Document defects using the project’s defect management tools
Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process
Validate defect fixes
Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, or quality of the product or the testing process.
