• Inventory Modelling: Implementation of Inventory planning model based on statistically calculated safety stock for FG, RM & PM - Icecream category resulting in PKR 200 million release from working capital
• Supply chain Strategy: Responsiveness project for developing strategy to reduce production lead times for A class finished goods - Lead time for more (LTFM)
• Low-Cost Business Model: Core member for implementation for Icecream category.
• SAP: Supplier service performance automation through SAP for automated performance measurement.
• Regional Category S&OP Meeting: Represent Pakistan in Regional Demand & Supply S&OP meeting for Icecream category for South Asia region.
Currently working as Assistant Manager Supply Planning for Ice-cream business of Unilever Pakistan Limited. Managing & planning output for a portfolio with 11 production lines, over 100 different SKU's & the largest Icecream business in Pakistan. Summary includes:
• Making the 18 month production plan with the production & warehousing constraints; driving the capacity analysis. Also utilizing mathematical modelling for optimization
• Ensuring the execution of subsequent monthly & weekly production plans for demand & supply reconciliation.
• Evaluated & ensuring compliance of the SKU-wise stock cover policy (by optimizing stock components of pipeline, safety, cycle, build & slack stock).
• Working with operations to ensure efficiency throughout the system including water & energy usage.
An on going problem solving role. Responsible for 6 Manufacturing & supply lines on plant and keeping the lines going at optimum levels, maintaining output & planned capacity utilization, liaising with Demand planning & sales department to ensure the availability of product to end consumer.

• Coordination Leader of Ice Cream division for the purpose of coordination and troubleshooting of all issues regarding materials movement through different stages till conversion to FG.
• Key user of PP & MM modules of SAP for EFL Ice-cream business.
• Key person for the new business developments & changes. Coordination with the Brands, Sales, Finance and Plant teams for meeting the timelines.
• Working on development of the Supply Chain Planning, Process Maps and SOP’s as a part of the Company’s effort for ISO Implementation
• Working on developing the SCOR Model of Supply Chain for EFL as per the Supply Chain Operations Reference Model 9.0
• SKU rationalization for Icecream business - sharing detailed working with brands, finance & marketing for every SKU’s portfolio.
