Highly motivated and versatile officer with hands on managerial sense of aviation industry, interpersonal skills of a successful sales professional and the disciplined analytical skills of a researcher and planning officer. More than three and half years’ experience of planning and selling charter services and tour packages to top level executives, royal families, corporate houses, high net worth individuals and groups, producing annual sales of more than $10 Million. My job responsibilities includes;

Managing all actions/activities of the Charter Planning and Sales Department.

Handling all requests from brokers and direct clients (quotations, negotiations, and contracts).

Coordinating, managing and building productive and sustainable relations with all charter clients, brokers, agencies and, partner to exceed pre-set targets and to maximize revenue for the company.

Identifying new potential markets, brokers, and partners.

Identify changes in the industry environment or competitive strategies and evaluate, adjust, or redraft the organization's charter sales plan and strategy accordingly.

Increasing sales, generating revenue and reinforcing brand presence.

Organizing sales visits and demonstrating/presenting products.

Maintaining accurate records, reviewing sales performance and renegotiating contracts.

Development, promotion and selling of inbound, outbound and domestic holiday tour packages for PIA’s valuable corporate clients and loyalty card holders by analyzing holiday destinations with respect to customer preferences, tourism facilities and Airlines brand image enhancement.

Leading a team of 08 sales executives with the objectives of growth and develop the client base.

Managing relationships with other airlines, trade bodies, government and civil aviation authorities

On Job Achievements;

Record breaking performance in the year 2011 by earning revenue more than USD 10 Million for the company surpassing target of USD 3.5 Million.

Record breaking performance in the year 2012 by earning revenue more than USD 17 Million for the company surpassing target of USD 4.25 Million.

Achieved target of USD 05 Million in first 04 months of 2013 despite the shortage of available equipment for charter services, rewarded by Management with achievement letter and cash.

Identified charter demand of multinational oil exploration firms based in Pakistan. Developed and implemented plan of starting 09 weekly serial charter flights for these firms first time in the history of the company under biannual contracts.

Identified demand of business travelers on ISB-KHG-ISB sector. Developed and implemented plan of starting serial charter flights from ISB to KHG and return initially for first 03 months starting in Aug. 2013 and schedule flights afterwards
