• Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.
• Auditing the departments and issuing notices such as NCR and OFI.
• Work on the risk assessment of projects.
• Formulate and establish policies, operating procedures, and goals in compliance with internal and external guidelines.
• Present results of improvement efforts and ongoing performance measures to senior management.
▪ Make daily and monthly Transfer report and Engineer Part Request for all warehouses around the Kingdom.
▪ Using ICARE, OWS, and WFMS systems to manage and follow up on materials sent to warehouses and existing projects in the specified areas.
▪ Supervising the workers present around the Kingdom’s warehouses and coordinating among them to ensure that there is no shortage or surplus in stuck.
▪ Coordination of follow-up and dispatch of spare parts for Huawei and STC.
▪ Conducting field visits to warehouses in the Kingdom to ensure the quality of work and safety of existing
materials.
▪ Follow up the vacations sent by workers inside warehouses and coordinate between them.
▪ Manage and work with 3PL contractors/Company to meet the requirements of warehouse function at his respective location.
▪ Receiving of Returns both RTV and Full/Partial Invoices from market and timely processing in system.
▪ Generate invoices, pick lists and other logistics reports from entered data.
▪ Verify accuracy of data before it is entered in the system.
▪ Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
▪ Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisor and fix then in JDE.
▪ Coordinate with Distribution, Sales&Transportation team for Dispatch and timely Receiving of Direct and

▪ Maintain records, utilize specialized reports, and document relevant information.
▪ Advance MS Excel Skills and Good MS office knowledge.
▪ Prepare presentations and reports and provide recommendations to facilitate management decision making.
▪ Administer contracts and agreements.
▪ Monitor contracts issues and recommend improvements in contracts or agreements as applicable.
