Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Summarizes current financial status by collecting accounting information and reports.

Responsibilities:
* Manage all accounting transactions
* Preparing Purchase orders, inquiries and making sales quotations
* Generating monthly statement of clients and assisting the sales team to follow up for
collection
* Prepares payments by verifying the documents. Payments issuing by cheques and bank
transfers to the suppliers
* Reconciliation of Bank statements and administrating for the bank facilities.
* Calculate Taxes and Filing VAT returns as per the prescribed format of FTA
