different procurement activities and participates in major purchasing contract processes.

• Participating in AL sourcing network by insure proper execution of group Frame Agreements and share
Procurement best practices' with the group to improve process and capabilities also in suppliers' qualification
program.
• Build and develop Procurement Team Capability to drive Procurement value to Business by Generate saving
using the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Lead direct-spend Procurement Projects
• Lead the Internal efforts to reach Procurement KPIs
• Act as Egypt GOAL Manager and Coordinate cost-saving Projects between AL Egypt and the Group
