 - Coordinate and monitor receiving, ordering, preparation, and dispatch of goods.

 - Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventory is accurate.

 -Implementing TOYOTA Production System (TPS) by improving production methods, safety and equipment performance to improve quality of products.

 -Maintaining overall plant compliance to standardized the procedures, requirements and applicable environmental regulations.

 -Responsible for the complete & consistent management, monitoring and development of the associates through organize in-house training in accessories installation and other skill required to maintain strong team member relations and fail work rules.

 - Promote Kaizen activities in plant which are including (QCC & TBP).

 - Maintaining safe work environment by following safety regulation, ISO4001, and training for the entire plant.

 - Manage all operational aspect of the QMS of the entire PIE.
 - Develop & implement QMS plans, schedules, policies and procedures.

 - Communicate internally with all dep. Involved in the Supplier Evaluation program on the submission of Supplier Evaluation reports.

 - Supervise & review all supplier evaluation reports
 Action plans to suppliers to improve performance develop & follow up.

 - Manage supplier expectation meeting.
