- students follow in their professional assignments given by school;
- Organization of professional events to benefit students;
- Delocalized training coordinator with partner universities;
- Responsible for alumni's ESCA.
- Organization of professional mission frames led by students of all levels, as well as the defenses of reports and submissions made.
The mission of the position can be summarized in:
- cataloging, indexing, condensation, classification and management of documentation, archival practices and practice the day before the latest books that treat subjects taught in school.
- Work coordination with research professors and publishers.
- Prospecting for new books.
- Organization of cultural events
- Responsible for new web project of integration of training reports and memory in the website of ESCA.
- Planning the project archiving and electronic management of archives;
- Designation of teams;
- Work monitoring and control of activities granted to each team.
- Work coordination with the direction of development on the project progress
- Presentation of the final deliverables and training for employees on the methodology of Use.
This master allowed me to deepen my knowledge in the field of : - Design of internal and external communication strategies - Journalism and press relations and media - Public relations - Project management and all techniques of digital communication and marketing.
This training which lasted four years has given me the chance to be able to practice : - Engineering and content governance - Records Management and Records Management - Management of information and knowledge - Information monitoring and decision making.
