• Driving business plan for portfolio of malls and retail destinations in operations and under development within the UAE, with the objective to maximize the assets value. Overseeing the leasing, marketing, and day to day operation to ensure a comprehensive retail offering and delivery of world class shopping experience.
• Preparing and monitoring the CAPEX and OPEX for the asset/s as well as managing the asset's P&L.
• Reporting regularly on the performance of the asset from financial statement (income statement), sales, marketing, operational and personnel perspectives & preparing monthly and quarterly retail asset management reports.
• Managing the entire operations on day to day for the retail asset including coordinating shifts after hours and on holidays.
• Overseeing the asset maintenance, aesthetics, services and safety by working with asset operation (cleaning, security, FM, waste management, pest control, other services) team and service providers to optimize quality operation and services.
• Managing the projects fit-outs/FFE and construction effectively to strategically execute and ensure the delivery of tenancy design (fit-outs), construction, and upgrade Projects within the organization objectives and approved timeframe, budget, and industry-standard in line with agreed design, specifications, and process.
• Monitoring and directing Tenant compliance to safety measures and fire systems & Ensuring that the retail asset complies at all times with safety matters.
• Managing tenant relations and all related collections & Ensuring that Tenants comply with local authorities' regulations as well as the company lease and retail asset policies and procedures.
• Providing sustainability analysis for all retailers and assisting the leasing department in planning, controlling and optimizing the brands and tenant mix.
• Working closely with tenants and marketing team to achieve and increase footfall and sales for the assigned asset/s. Maintaining an update on market research, providing reports on Retail Trade Analysis, Sales Analysis and Market & Competition Analysis & Producing business plan, strategic plan reports and fact sheets based on data collection.
• Maintaining communication with other government entities to coordinate the retail asset issues.
