● Digital Transformation: Integrate digital technology into all areas of the business to deliver value to the customers E.g., (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, CRM, SharePoint)
● Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing: Secure the firm by implementing Data Classification using Unified Azure Information Protection (AIP) and prevent email leakage by implementing Data loss prevention (DLP) and secure user’s mobile with Enterprise Mobility (MDM- Intune).

● Leadership and Strategic Planning: Create, develop and maintain IT architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies, vision, and goals.
● Client and Vendor Management: Serves as the point of contact (Counterpart) for enterprise clients (e.g., Accenture, OQ Oman, and Microsoft) and leads supplier/vendor relationship management for the Firm. E.g., manages relationships with ~30 vendors simultaneously, reviews input cost trends, and renegotiates contracts as needed.
● Forecasting and Data Analysis: Uses Excel, MS Project, Jira, and data pulled from SQL databases to generate forecasts used to determine production levels for the Firm’s product lines, enabling the Firm to manage its inventory, lower input costs, and generate data visualizations related to trends and performance using Power BI.
● Enterprise project management (EPM): Implemented an enterprise Project server linked to SharePoint to help project teams to share and collaborate data flawlessly.
● Project Management: Leads all post-contract client relationships, manages one of the major projects in the area (AED170M budget) and other related IT Projects simultaneously. Collaborates with the Firm’s owners to establish project specs and manages a team to migrate all SharePoint and .Net forms to PowerApps, with full automation with Power Automate and high-end report using Power BI.
● Solution Architect: Serves as the primary post-engagement POC for clients, delivering status updates, facilitating change orders, and fielding post-delivery queries, and producing documentation of architecture design decisions for the delivery function to execute. E.g., Regularly reviews, tests, and recommend solutions for clients seeking ongoing IT consulting through the Firm.
●● Managing Teams: Estimates workloads, sets developer schedules, monitors project progress using Scrum framework and manages projects’ digital assets using cloud storage solutions.
● VMWare and Hyper-V: Implemented high available servers using VMware vSphere Hypervisor.
• Revitalized the security base of 3000 users’ data and devices (AIP, MDM) to move with the company to IPO.
• Improved security by implementing MFA on console admin account, and various Security cloud services.
