Start working at Technical Support department as Experienced Consultant.

- Solved all problem happened in stores in item and inventory transferred.
- Make report needs from stores managers and Back office By Used Query SQL.
-Make report Qtr. file.
- Install new pos and export new Data Base on stores, and attached in stores and connected with HQ Client Server.
-Installation new port in communication server.
- Installation new item price on server and pathfinder.
-used all work station Ex. (401 - 250) - ERP System - Crystal Report...
-Have worked on ERP implementations and customization.
-Application Development programs Visual Basic - V.B net -SQL).
-Installation Communication server IBM.
-Installation ISA Server -Domain Server also.
-Installation Exchange server and making active directory.
-Installation new pos client and server and connect with server and I was making backup Database Daily.
- I was working under pressure and fixed all problem in Hardware and software, network also.
- I am support more 5000 pc in Back office and all branch.

Overall management of the IT staff, ERP (SAP) system, LAN and WAN

9) Confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems.
10) Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
11) Train people in computer system use.
12) Load computer tapes and disks, and install software and printer paper or forms.
13) Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements.
14) Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement.
15) Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records.
16) Research new technology, and implement it or recommend its implementation.
17) Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs.
18) Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases
