 Evaluation of Internal Control System Establish a risk-based plan to determine the priorities .
 Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, and fraud, non- compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
 Conduct the internal investigation of compliance issues and determine the scope of investigation required.
 Identify compliance issues that require follow - up or investigation.
 File appropriate compliance reports on audit findings.
 Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.

 Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure that compliance procedure are followed.
 Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management, seek clarification on issues, or dilemmas or report irregularities/violation.
 Verify that all organization's regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated (Department's policies).
 Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transaction.
 Inspect HR compliance with government laws and regulation and employee documents.
 Determine whether operating policies and procedures are adequate to safeguard assets, measure and control the economic and efficient use of resources.
 Recommends improvements designed to safeguard company resources and ensure compliance with government laws and regulation.
 Report to management about audit results and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
