Business: Luxury German Kitchens & Appliances for Private Villas, Palaces & Projects.
Report to: General Manager
Main Responsibilities:
* Handling the showroom (kitchens & appliances) workshop & store.
* Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and
projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
* Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
* Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
* Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work
results.
* Maintains staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional
publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
* Multi-task and perform all sales, marketing and service related activities by managing existing and new
customer relationships.
* Participates in all sales & marketing meeting to share ideas and feedback on business improvement.
* Identify sources of individual business and allocate the resources to develop relations with them.
* Identity the needs of customers /prospects through probing.
* Personally build and deepen relationships with well known Engineering Consultants, Contractors and Interior
Designers as well as V.I.P Clients all over U.A.E
* Increase and develop the customer data base.
* Achieving the company targets and contributing towards the overall business goals.
* Visit the site to make sure its inception properly & deliver the unique experience to customers.
* Final inspection after installation of the kitchens, appliances and ensure customer convenience.

* Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and
results.
* Implements all sales action plans related to marketing areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
* Multi-task and perform all sales, marketing and service related activities by managing existing and new
customer relationships.
* Participates in all sales & marketing meeting to share ideas and feedback on business improvement.
* Identify sources of individual business and allocate the resources to develop relations with them.
* Deliver the unique experience to customers.
