#Manage all Warehouse and Logistics Operations such as inventory control, shipping/transportation, material handling, fixed assets and receiving.
#Oversee the process for incoming shipments from outside vendors, identify the damaged merchandise and ensure that its inspected into the system.
#Ensure all merchandise are transported to the correct branches in a timely manner.
#Ensure all receivers, inventory adjustments and billings are distributed to the appropriate departments on a daily basis.

#Continually monitor and implement best practices and efficiencies in the warehouse and logistics operations to best support branches priorities.
#Plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the personnel involved in the daily routing of deliveries, the storage and movement of materials, equipment or supplies in stock, and those engaged in receiving, issuing and delivering parts and equipment including accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments to all concerned branches.
#Work with the procurement department to developing standards for warehouse stock,
# set stock re-order point and quantities to ensure adequate stock levels and continually update warehouse stock database.
#Ensure good working relationship with all colleagues at the warehouse, inventory control, operations, procurement, branches and management.
#communicate with transportation companies, warehouse supervisors, customs brokers, sales team and customer’s service. They must ensure that all parties are working together to guarantee that shipments are packed, sent and delivered in a timely manner. This responsibility includes contacting various transportation companies to get shipping quotes and deciding on the best carriers based on cost, availability and reliability.
#Ensure procurement costs for raw materials, chemicals and capital goods used in the production process exclude import duties by obtaining and renewing import duty exemption licenses for each category of raw materials, and chemicals through timely application.
#Ensure procurement costs for capital goods (mainly large machinery) used in the production process exclude import duties by obtaining and renewing import duty exemption licenses on an ‘ad hoc’ basis through timely application.
#Minimize shipment delays and potential related costs from the point of issuing the Purchase Order to the customer to delivery to the plant, liaising as necessary
#Avoid delays in the production process and ultimate delivery to the customer by prompt with the Supplier (for sending shipping documents to the Bank) and with Finance for sending documents through to Procurement and providing Letter of Credit as soon as practicable following receipt by them of the shipping documents and the ship’s arrival.
#Avoid demurrage costs at the port of arrival by ensuring prompt onward forwarding of the shipping documents to the customs clearance brokers, dealing with any additional documents required and following up with and monitoring the customs clearance brokers to secure customs clearance and release of imported goods and materials within of arrival the shipment in port.
#Ensure that reasons for delays that do occur are identified and entered on the shipment progress log by carrying out a root cause analysis thereby enabling remedial action to prevent or minimize recurrence where possible.

• Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain warehouse inventory.

#Receive all materials and other items delivered to the warehouse, recording their arrival and location.
#Ensure that materials and items received are suitably and safely stored in the warehouse enabling their instant retrieval in good condition on demand.
#Ensure that materials and other items including finished goods are dispatched from the warehouse area in accordance with delivery and movement orders.
#Ttakes responsibility for ensuring safe personal working practices and notifying stores officer of any diversion from approved stores practice.
#Organize and direct Assistant Store Keeper, Store Workers and Forklift Drivers to meet daily allocated stores tasks in respect of raw materials, stocks and finished goods movements into and out of the stores area.
#Oversee and assist with unloading and loading of transport, checking load contents against delivery order.
#Ensure that raw materials are delivered to machine locations within the factory to meet production requirements.
#Deputies for the Store Officer as necessary.
#Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as instructed by the Store Supervisor and Warehouse and Logistics Manager as applicable to and commensurate with the job role.
#Supervise and undertake activities specifically related to the nature of Warehouses (Raw Materials, Spare Parts or Finished Goods) in which role is based.
#Ensure that OHS risk assessment & environmental aspect/impact review control measures are followed in his activities/works location.
#Use identified PPE’s for his activities/works location and advise the same for visitors.
#Prepare All Documents Related Shipment To Go from warehouse to Other Location inside & outside Country of Origin.
#Receiving all incoming shipments and send all outbound shipments
#Follow-up customs clearance of goods from all ports.
#Receive bills monthly for transport companies & audit & send to finance for necessary
#Preparation of customs clearance authorizations.

@ Update and maintain data or reports as daily, weekly & monthly required. With providing clerical assistance as needed.
@ Supporting & handling day to day warehouse activities, Trouble shooting & Resolving user issues related to W.M.S as per current condition.
@ Deliver training and support testing of any enhancements or modifications to the W.M.S system.
@ Suggests improvements and developments to mature solutions. Recommends action plans and process enhancements to reduce warehouse errors. Feeds back information to management team.
@ Updates W.M.S Manager on all current issues within Warehouse on a daily basis
@ Communicating with operation for Processing as per priority for the following:
 Wave control.
 Planning & releasing of orders.
 Feedback on the Balance P.C.K.
@ Be sure from confirming daily loads on system (Load Confirmation).with working closely with dispatch team to maintain the track what left the building.
Updating system (confirming load & dispatch) with the Home Delivery orders as per customer delivery communicating with Customer care team.
@ Daily reconciliation W.M.S Vs K.C.C Reconciliation on G.R.N, P.C.O & Adjustment Files.
Publishing Reports to business on Inbound & outbound details
@ Follow-up on Pending Orders for store replenishments / home delivery.
@ Ensure that all the daily reports submitted accurately and on time.
@ Follow-up on the daily warehouse activities executed based on agreed company policy and procedure.
@ Ensure all work equipments are used in proper manner, maintained properly and functioning to is maximum capacity.
@ Ensure that all customers / store replenishment orders are shipped / delivered within the stipulated day.
@ Periodically track affection to KPI reports as per location performance.
@ Make awareness of handle with care, hygiene and staking conditions for all related team with fully & ideally utilization for warehouse equipments.
