Responsibilities:
• Lead the team, Attends the site and safety meeting. Report the safety incidents. Receive the permit for work and planning a schedule for preventive maintenance.
Operating & Maintenance HVAC Chiller (York, carrier, Trane) DX system, CCU, FCUs, Package unit, Troubleshooting & Repairing and testing of HVAC Equipment /systems. This includes chilled Water systems and DX system, A/C Motors, AHUs, FAHUs and FCUs
Responsibilities:
• Operation and maintenance, repair and testing of HVAC System, Chiller Units, Refrigeration Units etc
•Operation and maintenance of HVAC Equipment / System, Routine checking, monitoring and repairing of the Chiller plants, primary & secondary pumps& cooling towers, control panels, window type A.C’s, Refrigeration Plant, Freezer, Ice Cube, etc.
Duties &Responsibilities:
•Corrective Maintenance and servicing job in reciprocating, Screw, scroll chiller, PAC unit, all type of split AC AHUs, FCUs.
•HVAC equipment function test job.
•Coupling and belt Alignment Job.
•Routine checking, monitoring and repairing of the chiller plants, cooling towers.
•Toolbox Meeting Talk carried out within team and guides them safely in work procedures.
•Team Leading and ensuring that the PPM’S and maintenance is carried out in a safe and professional manner with all sort of documentations like EIC, work permit, safety certificate etc.
•Ensuring that the PPM’s are carried out in time as per the schedule date without any overdue.
•Ensuring that all the work permits and isolation permits are filled and closed before carrying out a job and upon completion.
•Making of Weekly, Monthly and Incidents reports.
•Operation, maintenance, and repair of pumps, motors, valves, mechanical and electrical equipment.
•Reports prepare periodic management and our customer and presentations as assigned by the supervisor.
Technical Qualification
•2 years Technical course in Refrigeration & Air-conditioning from INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (I.T.I)Ranchi in the trade of “A/C TECHNICIAN” during the session
