Role requires: Exceptional customer service and sales skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, happy personality, being proactive and having initiative, language and Intercultural skills. Ability to talk at different levels.
Providing a friendly welcome to all who visit the store, giving advice on products, informing customers of promotions, serving them at the till, managing stock.
Role requires: Positive and can-do attitude, building and maintaining customer relationships, excellent communication skills, keeping up to date with product knowledge and trends, achieving individual targets and set KPI’s.
Meeting loan applicants to obtain personal and financial information, describing the types and terms of loans to applicants, verify applicants’ credit scores and incomes, evaluating applicants’ financial circumstances to determine if the applicant qualifies for a loan and approving or denying loan applications.
Role requires: being able to manage a high volume of requests, effective organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy skills, ability to communicate confidentially and professionally, solid problem solving skills.
Supporting my manager with leading our store team; delivering exceptional levels of service, managing performance, motivating and developing people and be a true ambassador; monitoring training and implementing training procedures;!thinking of new initiatives to enhance the growth of the business; supervising deliveries and stock management.
Role requires:!ability to multi-task and working well under pressure, good organisational and time management skills, be able to problem solve and deal with unexpected challenges, !take responsibility for achieving results and motivating the team, share my knowledge and experience to help develop our Store Assistants
