○ Approach potential suppliers to scale the supply network.
○ Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance reporting.
○ Ensure quality of service by performing quality checks.

○ Daily oversees a process that consists of three parts: Service providers (delivery companies), branches
(restaurants), and drivers.
○ Daily supervise the drivers by distributing them to diferent areas and all the processes from getting orders from restaurants to delivering them to the customers.
○ Efectively handle simultaneous diverse problems.
○ Communicating and answering most of the customers' inquiries in English.
○ Give the best customer-centric experience to the customer.
○ Handle and resolve customers' complaints and root certain issues and inquiries that are not under the contact
center's scope of responsibility to the concerned departments.
○ Answer customers' general inquiries.
