Support the development of OHS policies and programs
•Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics
•Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
•Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
•Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives

Conduct regular audits to reduce loss in all categories (Health, Safety and Environment) and provide recommendations.
Conduct safety meetings to ensure all employees and sub-contractors are in compliance with HSE procedures.
Regularly review, amend and document important working practices.
Assist in all incident and accident investigations
Assist department heads in requisitioning the correct HSE equipment and materials.
Reporting in accordance with Contractor and Client policy on the required aspects of the operations.
Utilize the Observation Card system for reporting incidents/unsafe observations.
HSE Training. Assist in HSE Management/Application. Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Project HSE Reporting.
HSE Inductions.
Successfully established and led project safety plans.

Perform auditing and inspection as a team to ensure compliance
Recommended preventive measures for risk management of site operations.
