* Participate in the development of the sales plan and follow-up it, and this is based on
a permanent nomination to me from the Sales Manager.
* Increase the skill of the sales team, and train them continuously and motivate them
to move forward, and always push all the staff to work as a one team work Through
my presence among them permanently And monitoring the way to communicate with
customers in the showroom or telephone calls, and always Work to solve any
problem that may occur before it occurs.
* Analysis and study of the market continuously through the management of the pages
of sales team and analyze their comments and customer comments on the CRM, and
continuously raise these analyzes to the sales manager and marketing manager.
* Constant communication with the Brokers and continuous training of the sales team
of each office in order to meet the needs of their customers .
* Submit regular reports to the sales manager to clarify the negatives or positives
within the branch or if there is any new marketing ideas to be approved or
modification .
* Always be Communicated with the Marketing Manager to clarify the reactions of the
marketing campaigns that have been done and report them .
* Assisting sales team in closing deals, and mainly in the big deals .
* Participate and supervise internal and international exhibitions such as Kuwait, UAE,
Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, and always support sales team in case of stress .
* Always support sales team in the event when they are under stress as a result of
marketing campaigns by meeting the serious clients or answering their calls .
* Review all contracts signed by clients and work on their termination from the
various departments until the signature of the CEO
