Technical & Support Engineer
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule support visits based on the customer needs.
- Manage and resolve (either by site visits or remotely) the reported support tickets from the customers over multiple support channels (call center, help desk, direct mobile calls).
- 24/7 availability.
- Configuring POS terminals on Term-Master and the payment gateway.
- Creating Usernames and Assigning/defining e-Services on the payment gateway.
- Provide end user training and POS terminal deployment.
- Follow-up on pending tasks and support logged through Help desk system.
- Troubleshooting network issues in order to install network POS machines connected through VPN network.
