• Control and resolve DIA, IPVPN, Ethernet and Network problems (Circuit down, Circuit
instability, Latency and Disconnections)
• Familiarity with IP and Ethernet routing and switching protocols including IP, MPLS, VLANs,
VPNs and Class of Service standards
• Building, testing and troubleshooting networks supporting data services and application
server communications.
• Reports and escalate technical observations to higher management to evaluate and
enhance the capabilities of existing services.
• Access to Routers and CPEs.
• Providing Tier 3 level of troubleshooting support and root cause analysis for complex
problems.
• Provide support for DNS proxy and relay server and to manage and define sub domains for
the intranet sites.
• Provide support for Mail and Domain hosting and subscriptions.
• Work assigned tickets from ticketing system and track time within each one.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customer both on phone and in person.
my tasks was:
- Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
It’s the first challenge which I ford it after the graduation and it was the main experience which i build it in this position and I got from it the main skills in the business and my specialist.
my tasks was managing Network systems and troubleshooting the issues smarter to keep the networks and systems in stability mode.
