•Managing a staff inside Child friendly spaces with Save the Children International by providing a full mentoring and supervision for SCI intervention implementation activities
•Preparing weekly, monthly & quarterly reports of psychosocial support activities
•Following up on daily and monthly attendance for participants and their parents with SCI programs
•Developing a full database system to ensure that all activities and participation was recorded and documented on Daily, weekly & monthly basis
- Managing and supervising protection team and intervention implementation that provided for the refugee inside EJC camp
- Preparing an annual & semiannual plan of activities for all refugees and follow up with the staff on Bi - weekly basis
- Providing periodic reports and indicators to measure performance of Filed Assistant (Animators) and other reports about children behaviors improvement
- Developing M&E tools & Database, using pre-and post-assessments, focus group discussion and data analysis
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to provide the best service & intervention to refugees in the camp
- Representing TDH in all coordination and technical meetings with Donor and partners
- Preparing an analytical and narrative reports after each monthly activity plan for the indicators and measurement tools

- Holding training for a staff of public sector to develop their abilities to make their workplaces (Facilities) a friendly environment for youth people
- Coordinating “Poverty pockets” and “Employment Offices” programs by following up on the implementation of activates, trainings and other financing grants section
- Conducting a series of trainings in the areas of poverty pockets on the following topics (employment skills- the establishment of small enterprises - Training of trainers on life skills)
- Coordinating of Employment Centers Program to provide a fresh graduate student an opportunity to engage in labor
- Empowering young people in poverty pockets in (Mafraq - Ghour al safi) administration of their own work and feasibility studies for these projects and trained to provide periodic reports
- Processing payroll checks and monthly bank statements
- Preparing a feasibility studies for the third parties in different sectors of business
- Attend meetings with customers, shareholders and researchers
- Processing legal contracts and agreements with third parties
- Involved in the processing of official page for Dead Sea Products of the Foundation
