Responsible for the sales of apartments in 3 projects located in Lebanon, France and
Portugal
Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right
price under the best terms
Cooperate with foreign attorneys to facilitate the citizenship by investment program
through the Portuguese golden visa scheme
Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Identify business opportunities and research sales options in three different Markets Contribute in the marketing planning and implement the set strategies
Prepare necessary paperwork and maintain updated listing of available properties and
potential clients
Develop networks through participating in worldwide real estate exhibitions, seminars,
conferences and global citizenship by investments summits
Handle the communication with international real estate brokerage agencies and provide
them with the needed support to successfully close the foreign deals
Oversee the promotion and advertisement plan related to the sales of the properties
Inspect the available properties to ensure the terms and conditions are met before
Lead the consumer sales team to achieve the yearly set sales and profit objectives
Develop and manage the company’s sales budget
Lead recruitment of the consumer sales team
Secure achievement of organizational and personal targets, and alignment with company
sales policies and strategies
Identify new potential customers, and secure signature of new partnerships in the market
Setup bulk deals, and offer to specified sectors, companies, and communities
Baseline pair products available in the market, and propose competitive alternative offers
Lead accomplishment subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results
measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections
