• Archiving process of the finance department.
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, databases and accountancy.
• Help in project budget monitoring, tracking expenses, and supporting in variance analysis.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Assist in financial transactions by supporting the processing of payments, invoices, and all other financial transactions in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Archiving employees attendance sheets, timesheets and payslips.
• Support in the monthly payroll preparation.
• Update the staff contact list and the follow up sheets.
• Support in preparing different requested packs by HQ.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
• Aid in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, NSSF, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Provide assistance in HR administrative tasks, such as managing employee files, preparing reports, and handling HR-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update HR procedures, guidelines, and employee handbooks.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, talent development, and diversity and inclusion programs.
Achievements:
• Organizing all HR forms and templates in the organization database.
• Categorizing and classifying all lawyer legal emails from the passed 3 years in the organization database.
• Archiving employees documents and attendance sheets from the passed year.
Human Resources and Admin:
- Scanning, filling, organizing and archiving employees personal documents.
- Support in conducting a physical inventory of furniture in the main office and bases.
Finance, Procurement and Logistics:
- Data entry and quality check.
