diagrams, configurations and topologies for the existing infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities include 3rd level support for detailed design, configuration, maintenance,
troubleshooting, and implementation of all managed network equipments.
Carried out scheduled maintenance tasks such as Cisco ios upgrades, configuration backups and
parts evaluation reports.
Maintained the following Cisco platforms 1700, 1841, 2500, 2600 and Cisco switches 2900, 3550 and
3560.
Provided network support on routing protocols such as RIP, RIPv2, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and on L2
environment like spanning tree, RSTP, ether channel and redundancy protocols.
Implemented high security model between all VLANS by ACL filtering and private VLANs.
Complete end to end design, configuration and implementation of enterprise WPA2 based wireless
infrastructure using mixed vendors like Linksys and Dlinks access points.
Creation of policy and procedures documentation structure, enhancements to network security
model to ensure proper controls in logging, access and auditing.
Installed and maintained computers, printers and other peripheral equipments.
