Project Management Director and PMO Team Leader
- PM Head for BMB-KSA to drive the Program or Project Management framework consistency across the business.
- Maintain the company objective within the sector (Revenue, Gross profit, projects progress, Customer satisfaction) indices.
- Setting KPIs for PMs and Projects and maintain certain level for such KPIs.
- Review all projects Dash board with Project managers on weekly basis to maintain project healthy indices and set action plan for corrective actions.

- Actively influence, negotiate, and collaborate across various functions including Quality, Engineering, Finance and Service Delivery to build relationships and promote an integrated approach to Project Management.

Provide advice on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of information systems, ensuring appropriate investment in strategic and operational systems.
