path analysis, earned value analysis, etc.
Preparing transmittals shop drawing and request for information(RFI)in case of any miss co-ordination in design or mistakes and conflictions, site supervision in terms of structure and construction.
Attending progress meeting and technical meetings.
Responsibility include co-ordination, building supervision, document preparation, calculation preparation as per construction requirement,
Preparing the daily program of works based on weekly program.
Review and coordinating between all approved shop drawing for construction.
Communicating with Client/ Project Manager / Construction Manager for progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
• Designing commercial buildings in accordance with the AMERICAN STANDARD CODE FOR BUILDING DESIGN (AISC, ACI), BRITISH STANDARD FOR BUILDING DESIGN (BS), UNIFORM BUILDING CODE (UBC), AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF STEEL CONSTRUCTION, AISC-LRFD
• Preparing structural designs using software’s and calculation spread sheets, reports and tender drawings.
• calculating the loads and the stresses acting on the building, analysis for the loads, design of sections of structures to sustain the loads
Designing, Supporting, coordinating and delivering structure information to the Site team .
