- Overlooking of all financial controls of Hyundai Passengers Vehicles Company

- Analyzed financial and operational KPIs, analyzed key performance drivers and made specific recommendations
- Managed, as responsible for invoicing department, 4 people, reviewed work, gave feedback and training
- Conducted budget reviews for network business unit
- Led the project of a new network financing process in collaboration with RCI Finance Morocco,
- Led the project of a network financial analytical reporting (operating since January 2008)
- Reviewed Investment proposals of future dealers, Attended Management Board discussions and tracked progress and performance on approved investments

- Put in place the company’s Policy & Procedures Manual that complies with new stock exchange rules
- Published Financial Analysis on listed companies on the Moroccan Stock Exchange
