-Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods & materials needed to carry out the works.
-Preparing Tech. materials submitting & follow-up of the approval process.
-Preparing shop drawings & site related design drawings.
-Coordinate the approval of drawings & responsible for the distribution of drawings released for construction to concerned site personnel.
-Assist site team for preparing materials quantity take off & preparing materials requests.
-Follow up on the permanent work design & coordinate this with the site.
-Prepare Technical & commercial Comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors.
-Follow up the time schedule agreed for shop drawings with Main contractor.
-Prepare & follow-up Technical queries with the Main Contractor.
