• Reviewing the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they meet the
hotels' needs and comply with local regulations and codes.

• Testing and commissioning of MDB, distribution panel, and MCC panel boards.
• Material approval and selection according to project specification and vendor list.
• Supervision installation work and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Supervision on the installation of chiller plant including primary and secondary pumps

Participated in the load estimation process for the newly proposed area in line with Saudi electricity company standards. Developed and maintained strong and corporate relationships with client and consultant by suggesting transformer, cable, panels, and ratings/types to achieve approval. Formulated and executed street and road lighting design for a newly proposed area, including some lighting column and rating as well as several panels and cable sizes. Performed all technical calculation, such as voltage drop calculation for street lighting/distribution networks, and short circuit calculation. Offered comprehensive and executive-level support to the civil and other departments for building the required infrastructure for electrical. Ensured that the designed criteria met with site works by organizing the FAT/SAT with clients.
Attained Sceco's approval and created all required technical documentation to finish the projects by creating a stacking sheet for MV and LV network design for the proposed design.
