Major Job Responsibilities Include:
• To Prepare Monthly & Periodic Financial statements, Cash Flow and budget analyses.
• To look after all the maters relevant to accounts & Finance.
• To Monitor & Update Mall’s Receivables and Payables Reporting.
• To assure the accuracy and monthly reconciliation of accounts.
• To assure implementation and compliance of management controls for various company’s policies.
• To prepare & maintain the record for tax assessments and periodic filing and assure the compliance of tax regulations and company’s tax policy.

• To prepare half yearly/ yearly budgets & accounts and reporting to Management.
• To prepare detailed Financial statement analysis and reporting to Management.
• To monitor cash flow management system and formulate & draft the SOPs for management of imprest
• monies & bank accounts at units and for various organizational activities.
• To establish strong internal control system and reporting to Management.
• To check payroll records and payment systems.
• Investment Monitoring & risk reporting.
• To finalize monthly income tax statements before submission into FBR website.
• To liaison with Internal & External Auditors and Finalization of accounts.
• To check compliance of Management policies and Laws and Regulations.
• To report the management of any internal control weakness observed & providing suggestion thereon.
• To verify daily transactions vouchers and periodic check of production, sales, purchase, stores & record etc.
• To check monthly payroll of factory & verify the allocation of benefits, allowances & deductions.
• To verify & finalize monthly sales tax Returns and checking related records thereon.
• To finalize monthly income tax statements before submission into FBR website.
• To review & verify monthly production report and product costing system of company.
• To verify periodic financial statements, Cash flow statements and providing analysis thereon.
• To monitoring and control the company’s ERP software “Sidat Hyder Morshed Oracle Financials”.
• To liaison with External Auditors for Finalization of accounts.
• To maintain the Provident Fund accounts and managing all its Investments.
Major Job Responsibilities Include:
• To deal the payables of all the Group Companies and verify all project payments.
• To allocate cost centers & accounts heads for accurate Costing of projects & Job orders.
• To E-file monthly & annual withholding tax statements on CBR Web portal.
• To Involve in budget preparations for new projects, project costing & calculation of budget variances.
• To assist Manager Finance to prepare feasibilities and Cash flow studies for new projects.
Major Job Responsibilities Include:
• To complete the computerized book keeping of accounts.
• To reconcile, close and adjust the monthly accounts.
• To prepare and verify the employees’ payroll record of factory & Head Office.
• To Check customer’s billing & generate monthly receivables report to Chairman.
• To Prepare Monthly Financial Statements and operations analysis.
Major Job Responsibilities Include:
• To complete computerized book Keeping & reconciliations of Company Accounts.
• To Prepare monthly sales tax return and complete record keeping for sales tax.
• To prepare monthly costing & unit cost Analysis of operations.
• To prepare Schedules & Statements for Income/Sales Tax assessment.
• To Prepare periodic financial statements for management & statutory reporting to SECP.
