Takes charge of HR consultancy projects by appointing HR consultants for specific HR projects and
coordinates with department heads and HR consultants on respective projects.
Conducts interview for management level.
Prepare visa processing documents
Prepare the recruitment & mobilization document (Demand letter, power of attorney, undertaking
letter etc., ) & send to agent.
Follow up & complete the attestation of documents from Chamber of commerce & Ministry of foreign
affairs KSA.
Update the status of visa process of each candidates
Dispatch the documents to agents & maintain a track of all documents dispatched.
Advise the division to organize the logistic & accommodation support for each candidate.
Filing of visa & submittal of report of visa utilization to Management & finance.
Visit the respective embassy & complete the accreditation of documents of each agent.
Process the invoice of agents & advise finance to release the payment.
