Independently manage all financial and accounting activities.
Drawing P/L account and Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Working capital.
Bank reconciliation and reconciliation of inter-branch transactions.
Bill passing for payments, reviews ageing report and follow-up for outstanding dues.
Preparing of Payable statements in order to settle the payments.
Ensuring all the Admin works to be done on timely basis.
* Building relationship and liaising with Customers, Suppliers, All Stores, Head Office and Warehouse colleagues, Directors.
* Working as part of the Retail Team supporting Retail. Answering the telephone in a timely polite manner resolving general store enquires where possible.
* Responding to customer and store email enquiries And Producing ad hoc reports whenever requested
* Ensuring all sales and purchases are recorded accurately and daily stock reports are produced; checked and corrected.
* Monitoring of debtors ledger, creditors ledger and bank accounts, ensuring these are controlled in an appropriate manner to protect the company’s assets.
* Maintaining the proper administration of the Receivables, chasing outstanding invoices to the company and plays a vital role in the cash-flow of the organization ensuring credit given to customers is monitored and controlled effectively.
* Administration of store accounting including accounts payables, accounts receivables, reconciliation of daily sales.
* Working with Management, to know the business, promote best sellers, make best use of space, and be aware of local influences/competitors.
* Contributing to the development and maintenance of good team spirit so that there is a good working environment.
* Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
* Ensuring that stock is on sale, priced, tagged, filled out and rotated And work within company merchandising guidelines and timescales, to ensure the effective merchandising of products contributing to sales opportunities.
* Preparing purchase orders regurlarly on the basis of sales forecast.
* Assisting the Manager with administration of the store in line with company procedures.
* Ensuring the security and safety of people (customers, staff, visitors) cash, stock and the premises to minimize losses and incidents.
* Support the company in its application of government legislation in its operations.
* Assisting my Manager and ensuring all daily, weekly and quarterly checks are carried out as required by Health and safety legislation.
* Ensuring all the maintenance work to be done on timely basis.
*Maintaining all the information regarding the client who invested in.
*Working on the applications to record all the debit and credit items of the clients.
*Matching all the clients to the amount invested by their plan numbers maintained in the application.
*Responsibility to verify daily transactions periodically to ensure internal control.
*Accounts Related works like Data Entry.
