Senior Electrical Engineer with the following responsibilities :
- Design review and preparation for construction
- Preparation of electrical shop drawings
- Upgrade design to meet site conditions
- Coordinate with other trades
-Proposing construction solutions inline with site requirements
- Order material and compare materials against specifications
- Attending progress and coordination meetings
All the above were needed for three entertainment parks within Mall entertainment area
I worked as a Project electrical design engineer and was instrumental in providing load estimation. My role also included drawing up lists of electrical requirements and electrical calculations. The electrical calculations focused on:
• Generator sizing
• Cable sizing
• Cable tray sizing
• Transformer rate calculation
• Circuit breaker rate selection
• Short circuit calculation
• Lighting calculation
I prepared and followed the process for related authorities approvals, as well as the electrical design criteria and specifications preparation. I coordinated the electromechanical side of things and represented the team in front of clients. I also functioned as an electrical site supervisor and inspector for electrical site supervision, material submittal review and quality maintenance.
