Major Work: Managing the Customer Service Department commercially with Technical Managers at KSB Head Office Lahore.
Job Description and responsibilities:-
• Supervising the activities of Customer Service Executive and credit control officers, regarding Sales proposals, booking orders, receivable from clients, commercially / technically vetting orders.
• Business Meetings with the potential clients of almost all regions of Pakistan, to enhance the business.
• Making Major Technical and financial proposals to win Projects.
• Tender Management with all the Government/Private organizations
• Managing the Service Team in co-ordination with senior technical Managers regarding site visit, trouble shooting of pumps, installation/Commissioning of Pumps, repair of pumps at site and factory, annual maintenance contract, energy audits, flow measurement etc.
• Business development for ‘KSB after Sales Department’ for increasing Order Intake for Service Department.
• Controlling the receivables from Clients, Implementing Advance policies to reduce receivable and increase of Turn Over.
• Coordination with sales work force of KSB Germany, Dubai, Singapore, and France etc for importing spares of imported pumps, Mechanical seals, installation kits, etc.
• Periodic Visits to sites for expediting the KSB supervisors, vendors/Contractors at site.
• Handling Mini Project for Service Department Commercially in all respects.
• Complete Understanding and Hands on Experience on SAP System.
