• Liaise between sales, other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s and business needs.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present various reports.
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
• Part of FinnOne implementation and UAT Testing.
• Responsible for the prevention and detection of potential fraud across all payment channels by reviewing customers’ accounts.
• Perform Common Point of Purchase (CPP) and identify fraud patterns through the monitoring of high-risk countries, merchants / merchant categories.
• Contribute to the creation of fraud parameters by providing analytical data to support decisions.
• Ensure information flow and deliverables are met to mitigate fraud by facilitating daily calls with clients and other card fraud analyst teams.
• Review all alerts from external sources, including VISA & MASTER CARD and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to mitigate fraud.
• Provide support to the Operational and Business units of the organization on audit, compliance and fraud related matters.
• Regularly prepare reports for the bank’s Risk Management Organization.
• Responsible for maintaining knowledge of fraud situation in the industry.
• Report risk information and findings to the client in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in team meetings; share information and make suggestions for improvements to fraud operations.
o Coordinating with regional Technology Staff to secure access for migrating resources into local network Infrastructure.
o Installing Applications like Citrix, Mainframe applications, Oracle, SQL, Tectia Client and Rational Functional and also troubleshooting the same.
o Major Installation involves SQL Server 2000 and SAS server/client components and other SAS client components like SAS E-miner, Enterprise Guide, Base SAS, etc.
o Testing the performance of the Applications in terms of speed, server/client connectivity, etc
o Executing simple to advance queries on SQL databases staring from small to very large data.
o Maintain the software inventory in an excel sheet which was automated through VBA coding to generate different kinds of reports as and when required by the IT management team. This was used across TCS e-serve IT team, to have better understanding of number of users of specific applications, there location details etc.
o Designed, testing and maintenance of 3 websites of the company.

o Worked on Inventory Application as software Tester.
o Designing various graphical artworks in CorelDraw as like institute’s prospectus, pamphlets, advertising materials like banners, kiosk etc).
o Providing Application Support to the various branches of NIM all over India, such as outlook configuration, PST creation and proper backup for higher level executives, Email ID creation and deletion on the company domain etc.
