The National Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries conducts research on the quality and safety of foods and makes recommendations for the safety of seafood in Egypt.
I am responsible for: 1. Check the food products and make sure it meets the quality specification.
Receiving, inspecting raw materials, analyzing and conducting quality tests.
Overcoming problems, preparing food quality reports and ways to improve them.
Conduct research and studies on the quality and safety of food.
-I have achieved a master's degree (HCCP system) and a PhD in the field of quality and safety of seafood and published three international and local researches during my work and this reflected positively on the analysis and results and the level of performance in the Institute.
-I have achieved two projects to study the quality of seafood in Egypt.
-Examine the available seafood in the market and ensure its safety for consumption.
- Implement research on quality systems and apply them to food.
-Solve many of the problems associated with the quality of seafood.
Experienced in scientific research and writing skills
Conduct food quality tests and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Conduct chemical and microbiological tests related to food quality
Sila is one of the companies that works in the field of refining and refining edible oils in Egypt
I am responsible for following the process of oil neutralization and then the process of bleaching and deodorizing.
-Also ensure that the oil meets the specifications of quality and access to the color and odor required
