• Preparing the Scope of works and Risk assessments checklist of new projects.
• Preparing the BOQs and materials estimation for new installation
• Preparing the permit to works.
• Familiar with modern electrical test instruments/tools
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Supervising the onsite team employees including junior Engineers and Technicians by routine inspection and job scheduling, ,
• Reviewing the contract documents for contracts studies, preparing the method of statements, commissioning manual and preparing and implementing the procedures.
• Planning and organizing tasks, estimating materials and supplies needed for projects.
• Experience in cable calculation and lying of LV main power supply cable 70 sq mm to 150 sq mm - XLPE insulated 4 Core and its terminations in DBs as per consultant approved drawings.
• Preparing the load schedules and Single line Diagrams in Cad.
• The installation and Commissioning of Electrical systems such as ACB Panels, Capacitor banks, ATS Panels, Generators connections, MDB, SMDB and FDB with respective cables as per consultant approved drawings.
• The preparation of earth pits and earthing systems of buildings as per consultant approved drawings.
• The installation of building Lightning protection system as per consultant approved drawings.
• The Electrical installation and Commissioning of Air Conditioning such as Split ACs, Duct able ACs and Package ACs along with FCUs, Chillers, AHUs and FAHUs, BMS sensors & its network, LCS sensors & its network, Plumbing systems, Water supply pumps, septic pumps, transfer pumps, Water supply pipes, Water Tank sensors, Gate barriers and Access control systems as per consultant approved drawings.
• Conducting the pre-handover inspections of the projects and experience in snags rectification during handing over the project.
• Preparing and submitting the snagging reports of MEP and Especially Electrical Systems.
• Experience of using modern tools /instruments like DMM, clam meters, underground Short circuit / open circuit tracer meters, Fluke 2042, Thermal imaging cameras for detecting overheating, Latest microphones, Megger testing kit and Computer simulation with advanced software’s.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001.Like using of LOTO kits, Barricade / Warning Signs, De-energization, Open Control & Isolator Switches - Re-check Feeder is open before commencing the activity, Isolate Power & Control switches / Adequate Grounding Installed, Anti- Condensation Heater Isolate and Tagged - Local earthing essential, test for no voltage before applying earthing, shock proof gloves, clothes, goggles and usage of scaffolding upon requirement
• Fully responsible for the work place safety of employees, developing SOP’s, identifying and eliminating hazard sanitation rules.
• Making sure all incident, accident and commotion must be reported immediately to the authorized person and preparing the written report.
• Working on flexible hours including weekends or beyond working hours upon requirement to meet objectives.s.
• Protecting confidentially of records and information about staff and using discretion when sharing such information within legal confines.
• Organizing Management meetings and taking minutes of meetings.
• Ensuring that the company’s management systems (Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental etc) are implemented, complied and maintained across all activities and sites.
• Preparing the purchase requisitions of materials.
• Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, TDRs and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinating with administration for government permits, Municipality and Civil Defense documents.
• After the installation and during the DLP Ensuring the maintenance of HVAC equipments such as chillers, fire damper, VAVs, AHU, FAHU, FCUs, Split, Package & ductable ACs, Water supply pumps, Fire& safety systems, ELV systems As well as per manufacture’s recommended and SFG-20 standard.
