• Leading DX (Developer Experience & Evangelism) activities in South Pakistan (Sindh & Baluchistan).

• Applying my knowledge of infrastructure, solution and enterprise architecture by helping Startups, ISVs, Software Houses and IT firms to get their business, apps, and solutions migrated or developed on Microsoft Azure.
• Driving Technical Evangelism for Microsoft Visual Studio, Office 365, Azure, SQL Server and Power BI.
• Worked as a SharePoint consultant while working as an associate to the Senior Executive who was consulting on delivering IT strategies, business and change management.
• Included clients: Equiniti, easyJet, Allianz SE, Xchanging, Euroclear, xtrakter plc, etc.
• Worked as a SharePoint Specialist, technical authority for the SharePoint program while reporting to the Program Director.
• Working within a team of seven, liaising with developers and administrators and working with business analysts and PM for better strategic alignment of the project.
• Supported SharePoint 2003, Implemented SharePoint 2007, 2010, and 2013 while working on the design and migration plan for Office 365 \ Azure.
• Sole responsibility of the migration strategy, planning, and testing.
• Implementation and Integration of Project Server and Team Foundation Server with SharePoint.
• Sole responsibility of Logical, System, Service and Information Architecture of the SharePoint program.
• Since July 2014 worked on a strategy and plan to migrate to Office 365 \ Azure with other technical leads for other Microsoft Server-side tools and technologies in the internal IT department.
• Lead the ops and admin of SharePoint and work with developers for better solution development and deployment while complete involvement of the full project lifecycle from inception to implementation.
• Training content development and delivery while training other members within the team for training delivery at the same time. Also worked as a SharePoint guru and an enthusiast for anyone in the organisation to contact the team for any questions.
• Started as a SharePoint specialist to implement SharePoint 2003 and Project Server 2003 while integrating both of them as well.
• Worked with the VP to implement ISO 9000 and CMMi level 2 while bringing different company processes over to SharePoint and Project Server.
• From January 2006 to September 2006 worked as a Business Analyst for an e-commerce project for 3 months and then moved into Programme Management reporting to the Project Manager.
• From April 2006 to September 2006 worked as a Project Co-ordinator and reporting to the PM for the same e-commerce project and leading a team of 4 developers, a business analyst, three QA and a web\graphics designer. Improved team processes, and using agile methodologies like scrum and XP to improve delivery time and build quality as well. Brought delivery time down from 6 months to a month while making sure 99.99% of bugs were found before deployment to the production environment.
• The last 4 months from October 2006 to January 2007 implemented SharePoint 2007 Beta 2 as a pilot and then migrated the organisation from SharePoint 2003 to SharePoint 2007 when SharePoint 2007 was released.
• Marvel Soft was an internal software house for Karachi Institute of Information Technology.
• Learned and used Microsoft .Net with Microsoft SharePoint 2003.
• Implemented ERMS (Educational Resource Management System) using Portals, My Sites and Site Collections for better content management for faculty.
• Worked as a trainee Networks and System Administrator.
