Responsibilities are as follow
Ensure customer satisfaction & maintain quality
Handle the drivers and deliver the duties to them
Evaluation of Driver / Vehicle requirement upon the request
Overall Supervision in operational activities
Taking charge of online booking via website of the client.
Openings job/encoding bookings and closing jobs.
Dispatch and sending drivers for the arrival / departure transfers or even full day /half day tours.
Receiving service slips, daily service Reports from drivers for documentation.
Preparing Daily Report of all closed job.
Keeping the entire cancellation documents.
Attending Telephone calls.
Monitoring of driver.
Customer Relation:
Responsibilities include of attend telecom reservations, receive reservations both E-mail and Fax, After the keen verification, confirm the service order and send back to the customer by E-mail and fax accordingly
